REVIEWED BY: Richardif Over the past few years we have been using Admiral to support our use of Great Plains. We use another system for our production and feed all the transactions to Great Plains, where we use the AP, AR, GL and cash managemnet modules. Whenever we need support, Admiral is very responsive and has always been able to come up with a solution to whatever issue we are having. They also have been good at making recommendations to avoid repeating an issue. What makes this more impressive is how many times they have helped with issues that occurs between the two systems. They have never said "it's not a GP problem so we can't help". They have gained enough knowledge of our production system to be able to work back downstream and to help solve the issue regardless if it started in GP or the production system. |
