Good solutions for our company - After looking at several products, Admiral helped us to select Dynamics SL. The real difference was their IZON dashboard. It will help our whole staff, not just the accounting department.

The resources that they have provided us have excellent product expertise but also good functional expertise. We are a complex SL customer and we have gone through multiple partners due to lack of expertise. Admiral has frequently helped guide us from going down the wrong road on some of our Dynamic SL activities.

We used Admiral when migrating to Dynamics SL and then integrating Dynamics SL and CRM. Admiral's employees have a high level of expertise and do a great job at helping to design the "right" system for us.

Over the past few years we have been using Admiral to support our use of Great Plains. We use another system for our production and feed all the transactions to Great Plains, where we use the AP, AR, GL and cash managemnet modules. Whenever we need support, Admiral is very responsive and has always been able to come up with a solution to whatever issue we are having. They also have been good at making recommendations to avoid repeating an issue. What makes this more impressive is how many times they have helped with issues that occurs between the two systems. They have never said "it's not a GP problem so we can't help". They have gained enough knowledge of our production system to be able to work back downstream and to help solve the issue regardless if it started in GP or the production system.
